Public Notice: Solid Waste Management Program Local Enforcement Agency (LEA)

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with AB1497 and California Code of Regulations(CCR), Title 27 Section 21660.3, that the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Solid WasteLocal Enforcement Agency (LEA) is processing a Registration Permit for the City of Santa Rosa.Please be advised that the Sonoma County LEA received and accepted for filing a Registration Permit fora Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility located at 35 Stony Point Rd. Santa Rosa, CA 95401. TheLEA has determined the Registration is complete and correct, as per Title 14 of the California Code ofRegulations (CCR) Section 18104.1. The LEA is certified by the California Department of Resources,Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites withinSonoma County, including Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facilities.
